Ground floor room with wheelchair access.
En-suite toilet and sink, with a wet room shower a short distance along the corridor. A bath is also available within the home if that is preferred, bath also includes hoist access if required — the room is a short distance from the lounge and dining room. There is also an outdoor sensory garden a short distance from the bedroom, which residents often like to sit in.
